Royal Worcester cased coffee set decorated with Scottish Castles.
A fine and rare Royal Worcester coffee set of demi tasse size decorated with Scottish Castle scenes by Harry Stinton. A Factory marked set with date codes for c1939. All pieces signed Stinton.
Very few sets of these Castle decorated sets have been seen, this is a perfect original example with no damages or restoration.
The cups and saucers have the Castle titles in script underneath, Dunolly Castle, Invergarry Castle, Dunvegan Castle, Dunstaffnage Castle, Blackness Castle and Stirling Castle.
The cups app. 5cm high and app. 5cm across. The saucers app. 10cm dia.
The presentation case with minor wear only.

Royal Worcester pair of plaques by Hawkins
A fabulous original pair of Royal Worcester framed plaques decorated with classical subjects by Wm. Hawkins. The plaques depicting Mrs Carmac after Sir Joshua Reynolds and a Cavalier after Meissonier.
Trademark Hawkins subjects, finely painted and presented in their original frames and mounts.
The plaques in perfect original condition, the ornate frames original with some re-gilding only.
Few original pairs remaining, fully Factory marked with date codes for c1910. Both signed WA Hawkins.
Framed size app. 13" x 9.75"., the plaques app. 8" x 6"
