Royal Worcester reticulated ewer signed George Owen
A fine Royal Worcester reticulated ewer signed George Owen. Graduated bands of honeycomb reticulation surrounding a central band of reticulated geometric shapes. Further reticulation to the handle and foot rim.
Adorned with both raised paste "embroidered" gilding and flat gilding, simulated seed pearls to the foot rim, the ewer is fully Factory marked in gold with a date code for 1918. Additional painted marks "61" which we believe to be modellers marks for Owens son, George Potter Owen who potted many of the decorative items his father then reticulated. Incised signature to base, G Owen.
App. 16cm tall., Exceptional perfect original condition, no damages or restoration. For those of you that want only the best.

Royal Worcester reticulated vase signed George Owen
A fine Royal Worcester decorative vase of elegant shape reticulated by George Owen. Finely reticulated with bands of both graduated honeycomb and geometric shapes the ewer is enhanced with "embroidered" raised paste gilding, etched gilding to the foot rim and flat gilding. Additional piercing to the foot rim area and handles along with miniature garlands of "seed pearls" to the handles.
A beautiful small example of Owen at his best showcasing all of Owens trademark skills.
Fully Factory marked in gold with date code for 1919, additional painted mark "61" which we believe to be the Potters mark for Owens son, George Potter Owen.
Incised signature to base G Owen.
In exceptional condition, no damages or restoration.

Royal Worcester reticulated cup and saucer by George Owen
A superb Royal Worcester reticulated cup and saucer by George Owen. Extremely finely reticulated, this cup and saucer are quite breathtaking in their quality. The cup double walled with a solid inner liner, the saucer single wall and extensively pierced. All highlighted with raised paste "jewelling" the cup further adorned with simulated turquoise to the handle.
Fully factory marked and dating to c1880, in perfect original condition this is a most exquisite example, the fine reticulation is Owen at his best.
The saucer app. 12.5cm dia., the cup app. 5cm high and app. 10cm across including handle.
Tea wares from this period are unsigned which is perfectly normal.
A rare opportunity to own a perfect George Owen cup and saucer from this early period.

A fine Royal Worcester double walled and reticulated teapot and cover by George Owen.
Superb original condition, Factory marked with impressed stamp, dating from C1885. Gilders initials for Samuel Ranford to base.
Finely reticulated throughout, decorated with simulated seed pearls, simulated turquoise beadwork and chased gilding.

An exceptionally good Royal Worcester teapot and cover reticulated by George Owen.
Finely reticulated with both graduated honeycomb and geometrically patterned piercing highlighted with simulated seed pearls and simulated turquoise jewelling.
Factory marked with date code for c1883.
Both teapot and cover carry the initials "RS" for the gilder Samuel Ranford.
